1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Nuvit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms may be accepted by an individual on behalf of a company, who represents having authority to bind that company.
2. Description of service
Nuvit is an online scheduling and management system for appointment-based businesses, including calendar, financial tracking, inventory, client and staff records, and automatic reminders.
3. Free trial and subscription
We offer a 15-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid plan as described at nuvit.app. Fees may be charged monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, directly in your dashboard or through our support team. Cancellation stops future charges; there is no pro-rated refund for periods already paid, except where required by law.
5. Account and user responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nuvit for unlawful purposes, to store third-party data without an adequate legal basis, to attempt unauthorized access to the system, or for any activity that compromises the security or availability of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
All software, branding, design and content of Nuvit are owned by WORKSAN SYSTEMS or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user, other than the right to use the Service as described here.
8. Data you input
Data you enter into Nuvit (such as client records, appointments and financial information) belongs to you. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, with notice when possible.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvit will not be liable for indirect, incidental damages or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the dashboard when they are made.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
